As of February 9, 2007 the reissue of coaching certificates will cost $10.00. The reissue fee MUST be paid PRIOR to the reissue of the certificate.

Host a E or D Coaching License Clinic:
Anyone interested in scheduling a "E" or "D" Coaching License Clinic, please download and complete the Coaching Clinic Host Request Form (PDF) and send to the Missouri Youth Soccer office.
