It may be cold outside, but our girls are on fire!
Another great soccer game Saturday for our Golden Girls with a 6-1 win over the Sailors White team. This Saturday, we play our last game of the fall season against the Sailors Blue team.
On October 10th, we had a bitterly cold day for soccer. But that didn't stop our girls from playing their hearts out in a 5-2 win over the Northwest Screaming Eagles. The girls did a great job solving the team we played yesterday. Between the big field and the very deep sweeper it was more challenging than normal. You could see the girls have to work it out as our normal drop passing wasn’t always the best option and more passing than normal was required to get opportunities. It looked like a bigger version of soccer where the play had to be built up over time.
Schedule this week is as follows:
- Training on Tuesday from 5-6:15pm
- Training on Thursday from 5-6:15pm
- Game on Saturday at 3pm at Sailors Blue
